Ejaculation disorders

Anejaculation (failure to ejaculate): Due to hormonal deficiency, neurological issues, use of pharmacologic agents and surgery (of the Bladder neck and Prostate)

Hematospermia (bloody ejaculation): Usually because of inflammation of the Prostate and the Seminal vesicles. In elderly the possibility of Prostate cancer should be considered.
